Anita Organic Mill Flour

Anita’s Organic Mill

Some of the best food items are the ones that double as gifts, especially when you pair them with clever packaging ideas. Normally when you think of food gifts you think of fudge, popcorn, shortbread cookies and such. But for the health consequence person who enjoys baking why not give them a rainbow with a pot of gold at the end. Give them a gift from Anita’s Organic Mill.

In the age of the Great Canadian Baking Show, Nailed it, Cupcake wars, and Master Shelf, baking hobbyists are more inspired than ever. We all know someone who spends their weekends in the kitchen, covered in flour, working on their newest baking project.

For the star baker the Cuisinart Precision Master 5.5 Quart Stand Mixer might be on their wish list. After-all, gifting the baker in your life  a shiny new mixer is like a pot of gold. But every pot of gold needs a rainbow. There’s a magical rainbow in the gift of Anita’s Organic Mill. This Christmas give the ones you love something that brings them health and prosperity by giving them Flour, Oats, or Cereal from Anita’s Organic Mill.

Our Thoughts

Anita's Organic Mill

We had the pleasure of trying Anita’s Organic Gluten-free Pancake and Waffle Mix, and the Organic Rolled Oats. They are delicious. I made the pancakes first and everyone finished them up in no time. Everyone enjoyed them and commented on how fresh they were. A sure-tell sign they were enjoyed was the empty plates.

A week later we fired up the waffle iron. We couldn’t wait to try the Gluten-free Waffle Mix. Let me tell you that Anita’s Organic Mill did not disappoint. The waffles turned out beautifully, light and crispy, yet soft and chewy in the middle. Once more these were a notable winner for our family!

I will admit I was a little reluctant to try something that claimed to be gluten-free as I assumed it was just a bunch of hype. Yet I instantly detected a difference after having Anita’s Organic Mill Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle mix.

Anita's Organic MillI had no bloat, no aches or pains. Normally, I am very bloated and gassy after a meal, but not with the gluten-free product.

We also tried the Gluten-free Rolled Oats and again I experienced no bloat after my breakfast. My wife also experienced no bloat. We may just convert to a gluten-free diet after trying Anita’s gluten-free products. Also, with Anita’s all organic flour, wheat, pancake, and waffle mixes we noticed normal bowel regularity.

Plus, the win for Anita’s Pancake & Waffle Mix was approval from our 8-year-old old daughter who commented they were delicious.

All and all I would love to try some of Anita’s other products and I will be looking for them in the grocery section of my local stores.

This holiday season Anita’s Organic Mill has created a custom-designed holiday bag for their best-selling All-Purpose Flour in support of Food Banks Canada.

For every bag purchased, Anita’s will donate $1.00 to Food Banks Canada to raise $25,000 to support their work in helping those facing food insecurity. Keep your eyes out at your local grocery store for these limited edition bags, #makeitwithanitas, and #shopwithpurpose this Christmas!

This Christmas why not give the ones you love something that brings them health and prosperity. Gift them the gift of Anita’s Organic Mill.
